It’s suitable for any phase in your ongoing fertility journey, and should conceive during the duration of the programme we simply shift the focus to supporting early pregnancy.

Reflexology can provide the gentle balance needed to support your body to prepare for conception.

Fertility reflexology works by balancing the reproductive hormones and promoting health and vitality in the reproductive organs. 

It can help to regulate cycles, promote ovulation, improve the receptibility of the endometrium and enhance the implantation process.  

Natural conception

The female egg takes three to four months to mature ready for ovulation. The quality of the egg has a significant influence on the chances of conception and the health of your baby.

I recommend a course of reflexology treatments for at least 3 months. The reflexology treatments will be set at specific times in the menstrual cycle with an individualised treatment protocol specifically tailored for your fertility journey. 

Following our initial holistic wellbeing consultation, I tailor an individualised fertility support plan to improve your reproductive health and increases chances of conception.

Assisted conception

For assisted conception such as IUI, IVF, ICSI, the reflexology is tailored individually to complement your fertility treatment protocol. These treatments can enhance the efficiency of the drugs, reduce side effects and promote relaxation. 

Ideally it is best to start treatment around 3 months before your fertility treatments starts as this helps to regulate the menstrual cycle, balance hormones and to reduce side effects from the drugs.

Treatments will be then be weekly throughout the protocol, timing will depend on the type of protocol and / or drug regime and can be quite specific around egg collection and transfer. Your individual treatment plan will be discussed during the initial consultation.
