An introduction to the power of the divine feminine within us all. This 6 session journey of gently guided self exploration will help you to discover and reconnect with the ancient feminine power of the lunar womb.

As we come together in sacred circle, we journey deep within ourselves to rediscover the lost knowledge of the womb energy. 

This sacred container will support you to connect with your womb space as a portal of energy and creativity, to reawaken the lost intuitive knowledge of the womb as an energy centre, to bring you into sacred union with your moon cycles and empower your cyclical living.

You'll come to know your cycles, your feminine anatomy and sensual energy with intimacy and love, and welcome the ebb and flow of your cycle as you flow with the moon.

Through the container of a sacred sister circle space (held online), we will boldly share stories of our own womb spaces, of the lineage of our mother line and reveal the red threads that bind us in sisterhood

How we spiral together

Each session will involve sacred circle (held online) , meditations, gentle mindful movement, journaling or expressive handicrafts. We will incorporate story telling, self expression, crystals and breath work and we explore what it is to be connected to our womb. The sessions will take place in virtual space held on the portal of zoom. 

Over the course of 6 sessions we will explore:

1. The Mother line - our maternal ancestral lineage - from who have we become?

2. Female Cycles and the connection to the moon. Delving in to our internal seasons. Working with the natural ebb and flow of our womb energy through its cyclical journey. 

3. Biology, anatomy, physiology and sacred energy of the female pelvis. Gentle mindful movement to connect with the sacred womb energies.

4. Self exploration - supporting your womb, menstrual and reproductive health throughout your life.

5. Creating your own sacred womb ritual

6.Honouring the sacred feminine - creating a feminine landscape piece.
